Elizabeth Jane Hurley (born Elizabeth Jane Hurley) is an English model, actor and the former Hugh Grant girlfriend. She gained fame in the mid 1990s. In the 1990s, when Grant was at the centre of media attention due to his worldwide film's box office success, Four Weddings and a Funeral, Hurley accompanied Grant in an elongated black Versace gown that was held in place with the gold safety pins. Her appearance gained immediate publicity from the media. The relationship she has had in the company of Estee Lauder has been the most memorable moment in her career. It offered Hurley her first modeling job at the age of 29 and has used her as a model for its cosmetics, specifically perfumes like Sensuous Intuition and Pleasures since 1995. The most famous of her roles is her role as Vanessa Kensington, in the hit spy comedy films International Man of Mystery (2007) as well as Austin Powers The Spy Who Shagged Me (2000). Hurley is a model and designer for his own collection of beachwear. Perry's efforts to achieve popular recognition were unsuccessful. Prior to any new music could even be put out the two major labels signed but then dropped Perry. However, in 2007, Capitol Records put out Perry's EP Ur So Gay which attracted modest attention for its cheerfully playful title track. The song I Loved a Girl a straightforward ode that expresses sexual desire accompanied by a hardedged electro pop beat made her a larger splash a few months later. The song was controversial and critics were critical of it for encouraging relationships with a partner and others claimed that it depicted a sexually explicit scene which appealed to men's fantasies about sexuality in women. However, the mix of titillation and polished melodicism contributed to the fact that I Kissed a Girl become the number one song in multiple countries powering the sales of her album One of the Boys (2008). Hot N Cold is a well-known second track. Perry also wrote a lot of the lyrics for the album.
